These terms govern your access to the Launch Your Twin website and digital product. By purchasing or using Launch Your Twin, you agree to these terms.
1. The product
Launch Your Twin is a digital educational resource designed to help beginners understand and build an AI-assisted digital-twin workflow. Your purchase includes the materials described on the sales page and access delivered through Whop.
2. Payment and access
Launch Your Twin is offered as a one-time $9 purchase unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. Whop processes payments and manages product access under its own terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for providing accurate account and payment information to Whop.
3. Third-party tools
AI software, subscriptions, and other third-party services are not included. Their prices, availability, features, and terms may change. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with each provider’s terms before using its service.
4. Educational use and results
The product is provided for educational and informational purposes. We do not guarantee income, audience growth, business results, platform approval, or any specific outcome.
5. Responsible use
You may only create or use a digital twin, voice, likeness, media, or other content when you have the necessary rights and consent. You may not use the product to impersonate others, deceive people, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, or break applicable law or platform rules.
6. Intellectual property
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Launch Your Twin materials for your own learning and business activities. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, copy, sublicense, or share the materials as a competing product without written permission.
7. Refunds
Any refund request is handled under the policy shown during checkout and applicable law. Contact us promptly if you experience an access or delivery problem.
8. Availability and changes
We may update the product, website, links, or these terms as tools and platforms change. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect the service, or comply with law.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the product and website are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Launch Your Twin is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the materials or third-party services.
